Linneaues Agosalee "LA" HARRIS, 10 Aug 1902 - 14 Mar 1998, born in Saltillo, 5 miles So of Tupelo, Lee Co., MS; died in Benton, Saline Co., AR. He was the son of David Preston HARRIS and Peggy Ann "Annie" COOPER. He married Mary Ethel CHILDRESS 27 Aug 1927. She was born 19 Dec 1909 in Mount Olive, Saline Co., AR, and died 11 Aug 1979 in Saline Memorial Hospital, Benton, Saline Co., AR. She was the daughter of John Bailey CHILDRESS and Eria Lee RAY.
