Darrell Snyder
Stsff Sgt. Darrell Dean Snyder, 30, of Wichita, died Feb. 27, 1996.

He was born Jan. 5, 1966, at Norfolk, Neb. He joined the Air Force in 1985 and held several office positions in the surgery clinic, the acute care clinic, internal medicine and family practice. His awards and decorations include the Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, the Longevity Serice Award Ribbon, NCO Professional Military Education Graduation Ribbon, Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon and the Air Force Training Ribbon. He was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church of Derby, Kans. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandy Hennagan.

Survivors include one son, Christian D. Snyder of Wichita; one daughter, Courtney L. Snyder of Wichita; one sister, LaDonna Sauerby of Bentonville; three brothers, Howard Snyder of Bella Vista, Rodney Snyder of Rogers and Brad Bagwell of Berryville; grandmother, Mary Maxine Stuart of Wichita.

Service was Saturday at Garfield First Baptist Church, Bobby Vaughn officiating. Burial with military honors was in Ruddick Cemetery, Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge directing. Memorials may be made to the Darrel Snyder Memorial fund in care of First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 59, Garfield, AR 72732.
