Billie Snyder, 85 of Pea Ridge died Thursday, December 4 at Legacy Village Hospice in Bentonville. She was born August 22, 1929 to Ora Oland Caldwell and Goldie Beatrice Garman Caldwell.
She enjoyed walking, hiking, backpacking, watching Walker Texas Ranger, Andy Griffith and I Love Lucy. She was a great cook and her family loved her deviled eggs. She attended Eastside Assembly of God in Bentonville.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Snyder; a brother, Arley Caldwell and a sister, Cathy Ford.
Survivors are a son, Dennis Copeland of Pea Ridge; a daughter, Linda Hambrick of Pea Ridge; four sisters, Dean (John) Renfro of Pea Ridge, Verneice (Kenneth) Wimmer of Rogers, Barbara (Don) McCrary of Pea Ridge and Jessie (Stan) Staggs of Pea Ridge; ten grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren and fifteen great-great grandchildren.
Service are set for 10:00 A.M. Saturday December 6 at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Pea Ridge. Burial will be in Pea Ridge Cemetery. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Visitation is set for 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at siscofuneralhome.net
