Note: First name is illegible on stone except for a few letters. However, the 1900 Census, Benton Co., AR, Dickson Twp, says Elsa Collier lived next to Lewis Beavers family. So I believe this is her...however it looks like Elsy instead of Elsa. Another reference I found was for Mira Elsa Collier, but I'm not sure if this is her-Mike Freels
