SPRINGDALE — Mary Louise Clay, 88, of Springdale, died June 27, 2010, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born Feb. 13, 1922, in Leslie, Ark., to Charles Cook and Margie Berilla Rodgers Clark.
Louise worked for Tyson Foods for 16 years and attended Faith Assembly of God in Springdale. She enjoyed gardening.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Vance Clay.
Survivors include two sons, Patrick H. Clay and wife, Karen, of Newport, Ark., and Larry V. Clay of Springdale; three daughters, Sharon L. Farris and husband, Ron, of Pangburn, Ark., Melba Moore and husband, Donnie, of Springdale and Mary Jane Heger and husband, Greg, of Springdale; one brother, Charles Clark of Moab, Utah; one sister, Barbara Ferguson of St. Louis, Mo.; nine grandchildren, Marcia Conley, Patty Sue Salamo, Sarah Jayne Clay, Michael White, Chanci Moore, Jennifer Heger, Cameron Heger, Julie Roberson, Jana Stoker, and nine great- and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale, with the Rev. Billy Burks officiating. Burial will be in the Zion Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
