Service for the Rev. Frank Moon, 98, of Goodman, Mo., who died Sunday, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Westfield Chapel in Springdale. He was born April 23, 1911, in Simpsonville, Texas, to John Daniel and Lillie Mae Odum Moon. He was preceded in death by his wife, Katie Pearlee Bilderback Moon; children John Daniel Moon, Luther Daniel Moon and Rila Jean Moon White; two grandsons; a great-grandson; four brothers, Jim Moon, T.J. Moon, Willie Moon and Lewis Moon; and two sisters, Lillie Moon Yates and Leatha Moon Bilderback. Survivors include children Jimmy Moon of Rogers, Franke Moon of Lowell, Carl Moon and Joyce White of Forum, Calif., Lavada Hixson of Prairie Grove, Linda Gilcrease of Goodman, Mo., and Betty Farmer of Moody, Texas; brothers Clifford Moon of Claremore, Okla., and Paul Moon of Gilmore, Texas; 25 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Katie Moon, 53, Johnson, died Feb. 20 in Rogers Memorial Hospital. Born May 22, 1924, at Dalton, Neb., she was the daughter of Luther Vernon and Florence Gladys Wolf Bilderback and a member of Jesus Name Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Calvin Moon of the home; four sons, Luther Moon, Carl Ray Moon of Johnson, Frankie Moon of Springdale and Jimmy Moon of Fort Worth, Texas; five daughters, Mrs. David (Betty) Farmer of Temple, Texas, Mrs. Corbet (Lavada) Strode of Wheeler, Mrs. Paul (Joyce) White and Mrs. Lonnie (Rila) White of Hindsville and Mrs. Linda Blizzard of Tulsa, Okla.; eight brothers, Cecil Bilderback, Frank Bilderback, Jake Bilderback, Dewey Bilderback, Mike Bilderback and Johnny Bilderback of Springdale, Calvin Bilderback of Wheeler and Leonard Bilderback of Lowell; four sisters, Mrs. Eulis (Ethel) Smith of Spring Valley, Mrs. Bill (Edith) Long of Hindsville, Mrs. Earl (Nancy) Eaton and Mrs. Jerry (Hazel) Ledbetter of Springdale; 24 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Sisco Chapel. Burial will be in Burkshed Cemetery under the direction Sisco.
