Five Die In One Family - The mother and four children of the family of North Williams, near Aurora, died during the recent epidemic of influenza, and from the best information obtainable it is evident that all the deaths were due to lack of proper attention.

Rogers Democrat
Thursday, November 14, 1918

Norton Williams returned from New Mexico Friday to his home in a remote mountain region near Aurora to find his two older sons dead in their rooms, his wife unconscious and three small children seriously ill. The entire family were stricken with influenza and could obtain no assistance or medical attention.
