BENTONVILLE — Jay Warren Carver, 88, of Bentonville, died July 24, 2011, at Concordia Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Bella Vista. He was born in Delaware County, Okla., on June 20, 1923, to the late Tom and Myrtle (Williamson) Carver.
He retired from the Benton County Road Department and his joy in life was living on the farm.
Survivors include his children, Jerry Robertson and Patsy Robertson of Hiwasse; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Mount Pleasant Cemetery near Hiwasse.
Arrangements are by Callison- Lough Funeral Home of Bentonville.

GRAVETTE — Faye Annalee Carver, 87, of Gravette died Sunday, Feb. 20, 2011, at Highlands Health and Rehab in Bentonville. She was born Jan, 8, 1924, in Hiwasse to the late W.G. and Minnie (Waithall) Jones.
Faye loved to read and was a very social person, always outgoing and talkative. She worked for Walmart for 12 years and was always smiling.
Faye is survived by her husband, Jay Warren Carver; one son, Jerry Carver of Hiwasse; one daughter, Patsy Robertson of Hiwasse; one sister, Gladys Gatton of Gravette; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services for Faye will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011, at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Centerton, with visitation the evening before, today, Feb. 23, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Callison Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville
