Felix the son of John Wess Ingram and Sarah Paralee (Lackey) Ingram. Faye the daughter of Ferd Monroe Ward and Frances Jane (Horn) Ward.
Faye Ingram December 20, 1920 - November 3, 2010
Faye Ingram, 89, of Strawberry, died Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at White River Medical Center in Batesville.
She was born in Strawberry on December 12, 1920 and was the daughter of Ferd Monroe Ward and Frances (Fanny) Jane Horn Ward.
Faye was a homemaker, member of the ladies auxiliary, VFW, and Order of the Eastern Star. She loved living in the country where she enjoyed feeding all the birds and other animals along with her dogs. She liked to quilt and cook for her family. Later in her life, she loved to travel.
Faye is survived by her son, John Ferd (J.R.) Ingram of Strawberry; two daughters: Sonja Hannemen of Moline, Illinois and Deborah Kelly of Iowa; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Ingram; three brothers and one sister.
Pallbearers will be Steve Baker, James Massey, Jerry Ward, Craig Campbell, Roy Walls and Leonard Shaw.
Funeral services are at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Strawberry Church of Christ with Greg Cooper officiating.
Burial will follow the service at Ward Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Crouch-McGee Funeral Home of Cave City.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
