J.D. WHITTENBURG

Jay Dee Whittenburg, 58, of Lincoln, died Oct. 30 in a Fayetteville hospital. Born Aug. 5,1920, at Lincoln, he was the son of James B. and Clara McCamish Whittenburg and a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ethel Whittenburg of the home; one son, Jeffrey Whittenburg of Hemet, Calif.; one daughter, Mrs. Vickie Taylor of Riverside, Calif.; one stepson, John Martin of Lincoln; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Jerry Ruland of Lincoln and Mrs. Shirley Spears of Cincinnati; three sisters, Mrs. Jimmie (Trakle) Pearcy and Mrs. Bonnie McDonald of La Habra, Calif., and Mrs. Fern Wymore of Ontario, Calif.; two grandsons, nine stepgrandchildren and one stepgreat-grandchild.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Lincoln
Methodist Church with the Rev. Al Gebauer officiating. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery under the direction, of Luginbuel Funeral Home of Lincoln.

LINCOLN -- Ethel Voleta Whittenburg, 92, a resident of Lincoln, passed away Dec. 9, 2011

Funeral will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12, 2011, at the Luginbuel Chapel. There will be no visitation.

Arrngements are under the direction of the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove.
