George R. Geeseka
George R. Geeseka, 84, of Pea Ridge died Friday in Vancouver, Wash.
He was born Oct. 24, 1894 in Franklin, Iowa. He was a member of the Grange for 65 years and a member of the Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by a son, Frank Glenn Geeseka of Vancouver; two daughters, Mrs. Faye Crowley of Browns Mills, N.J. and Mrs. Fern Devine of Springfield, Va., seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, one brother, Otto Geeseka of Scott City, Kan.; four sisters, Emma Miller of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Clara Mueller of Donnellson, Iowa, Sadie Rossiter of Waterloo, Iowa and Katie Logan of Bloomfield, Iowa, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services were at 2 p.m. today at the Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church in Pea Ridge with Rev. Jack Vinson officiating. Burial will be in the Pea Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Sisco Funeral Home.

Ethel Geeseka
Ethel Bellmine Geeseka, 87, of Pea Ridge died Monday at Bates Memorial Hospital. She was born May 23, 1890 in Iowa.
She was a retired schoolteacher and a member of the Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband, George R. Geeska of the home; a son, Frank Geeseka of Vancouver, Wash.; two daughters, Mrs. Fay Crowley of Browns Mills, N.J. and Mrs. Fern Devine of Springfield, Va.; a sister, Mrs. Marie Clark of Springfield, Va.; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church with Rev. Robert Norvell officiating. Burial will be in Pea Ridge Cemetery by Sisco Funeral Home.
