Noah James Morgan, 63, of Elwood, Ill., formerly of Batesville, died Saturday. A retired construction worker, he was a World War II veteran and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Ivoy Morgan of Elwood, Ill.; four daughters, Barbara Obeginski of Lachine, Mich., Sandy Obeginski of Bellville, Mich., Ellen Stubler of Moline, Ill., and Peggy Couche of Montgomery, Ala.; a son Patric Morgan of Hickory Hills, Ill.; five brothers, Oscar Morgan of Felda, Fla., Marvin Morgan of Joliet, Ill., Jack Morgan of Batesville, J. W. Morgan of Judsonia and Junior Morgan of Elwood, Ill.; three sisters, Dorothy Jackson of Judsonia, Hazel McPherson of Little Rock and Louise Sanford of Bradford; seven grandchildren, Jeffery Charles Obeginski, Kelly Renee Obeginski, Kimberly Kay Obeginski, Mark Raymond Obeginski, Scott Mitchell Obenginski, Amanda Lynn Stubler and Erica Renee Stubler.
Funeral services will begin Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Southside Church of Christ. Burial will be at Hutchinson Cemetery by Powell Funeral Home of Bald Knob-Judsonia. Visitation for friends of the family will be today from 6 to 9 p. m. and Tuesday morning.
Pallbearers will be Bruce Barber, Dale Clark, Steve Morgan, Ricky Morgan, Lee Floyd Morgan and Kenny Ray Sanford.
