Docia Frances Hail Evans Lamon, 92, of Batesville died Monday in a local nursing home.
Born at Hutchinson, the daughter of Athol Colombus and Martha Marcella Roy Hail, she was a homemaker and a member of Hutchinson Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Lester Lamons; two sons, Floyd Evans and Denver Lamons, both of Hutchison; three daughters, Nola McGough and Verna Lee Clark, both of Hutchison and Marcella King of Sasakwa, Okla.; 19 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Thursday at Hutchinson Church of Christ with Ed Higginbotham officiating. Burial will be at Hutchison with arrangements by Davies Batesville Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Herbert Hays, Jimmy Hays, Clayton McGuffey, Gerald Barber, Boyce Barber and Tom Barber.
