Wayne Coonfield
Wayne A. Coonfield, 76, of Vaughn, died Thursday, Sept. 13, at Ritzville Memorial Hospital at Ritzville, Wash.
Born Aug. 13, 1914, at Vaughn to Benjamin Harrison Coonfleld and Inez Violet Gray Coonfield, he was a retired bridge inspector for the Arkansas Highway Department. He was a past master of Hazel Valley Masonic Lodge.
Survivors are his wife, Florence Coonfield; four sons, Perry Coonfield of New Brighton, Minn., Donald Coonfield of Yakima, Wash., Ben Coonfield of Prairie Grove, and Bruce Coonfield of Vaughn; a daughter, Alice Partlow of Marshall; three brothers, John Coonfield of Texas, Guy Coonfield of Joplin, Mo. and Warren Coonfield of Prescott, Ariz.; 11 grand-children; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral is set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Callison-Lough Funeral Chapel in Bentonville with Bob Bennett officiating. Burial is to be in Coffelt Cemetery at Vaughn. Visitation is set for 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Florence Coonfield
Florence Nadine Hayes Coonfield, 76, of Vaughn died Jan. 28, 1995, at her home. She was born May 22, 1918, in Eureka, Mo., to Leabert and Lavina Lallman Hayes. She moved to the Vaughn area over 50 years ago. She was a member of the Bentonville Chapter of Eastern Star and was a Christian. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Coonfield; one son, Perry; one grandson, Brian; one brother, one sister.
Survivors include three sons, Donald Coonfield and Bruce Coonfield, both of Vaughn, and Ben Coonfield of Prairie Grove; one daughter, Alice Pardow of Marshall; one brother, Harry Hayes of Little Rock; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Highfill Baptist Church with the Rev. Bruce Holland officiating. Burial will be in Coffelt Cemetery under the direction of Callison-Lough Funeral Home of Bentonville.
There will be no public visitation.
Memorials may be made to Coffelt Cemetery.
