*Obituary Hutchinson Mountain
Marcella L. King, 76, of the Hutchinson Mountain community died Saturday, June 3, 2006, in a Batesville nursing home.
Born Sept. 27, 1929, in the Hutchinson Mountain community, she was the daughter of Lester and Docia Hale Lamons. She was a retired schooteacher, having taught in Missouri and Arkansas. She was a member of Hutchinson Mountain Church of Christ. Survivors incude a daughter, Merry Dixon of Piedmont, Okla; two brothers, Floyd Evans of Batesville and Denver Lamons of Pleasant Plains; a sister, Verna Lea Clark of the Hutchinson Mountain community; six grandchildren, Paul King, Colby King, Jennifer Choate, Aaron Dixon, Travis Dixon and Andrew Dixon; a step-grandson, Jay Snell; four great-grandchildren, Morgan King, Grace Dixon, Cooper King and Hannah Dixon; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond King; a son, Curtis King; and three sisters, Edith Evans, Elsie Herron and Nola McGough. w
Pallbearers were Dale Clark, Joshua Clark, Jacob Clark, Keith Collins, Rusty Lamons and Johnny Knabe.
Honorary pallbearers were Randy Lamons, Rickey Lamons and Orville Elumbaugh.
