*Obituary
Cordia M Gould aged 75 died at her home in Huff on January 18. SHe was born in Vienna, Illinois on February 2, 1875 and resided in Arknasas for the past 50 years. She was a member of the Congregational church. Survivors include two sons, Joe Cloud of Batesville and Lee Gould of Huff, one brother J P Gordon of Batesville; two sisters Mrs Mary J Moppin of Mermon, Indiana and Mrs Mada Gould of Batesville; thirteen grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Palestine cemetery at Hutchinson, Friday afternoon with the Rev D B Scroggins officiating. The Batesville Funeral Home directed arrangements.
