Joyce Bush, 47, of Lufkin, Texas, formerly of Batesville, died Thursday at her home. She was a 15 year resident of Texas, a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include her husband, E. H. Bush of Lufkin, two sons, C. J. Taylor of Monette and Timothy Wayne Taylor of Lufkin; a daughter, Tammy Jean Taylor of Oklahoma City, Okla., her father, Arthur Elumbaugh of Batesville; six brothers, Arthur Lee Elumbaugh of Augustine, Texas, Jim Elumbaugh of Mountain Home, R. B. Elumbaugh of Childress, Texas, Chester Elumbaugh of Atlanta, Ga., Bill Elumbaugh of Batesville and J. S. Elumbaugh of Flint, Mich.; four sisters, Lavi Trowell of Atlanta, Lois Tate of Lonoke, Faye Branscum of Portland, Texas, and Mae Harris of Batesville, and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Bertha Lee Elumbaugh, and a brother, Ray Elumbaugh.
Funeral services will begin at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Hutchinson Church of Christ with David Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Palestine Cemetery under the direction of Davies Batesville Funeral Home."
