SALEM, Ill. — Hazel Mae Graham, 90, of Salem died Dec. 25, 2006, at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Centralia. She was born Aug. 8, 1916, in Pittsburg, Kan., to Ross and Philia Wilson Goheen.
She was a homemaker, a former resident of Springdale and had recently lived in the Odin Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard W. Graham.
Survivors include three sons, Howard Eugene Graham of Imperial, Texas; Jimmy Don Graham and wife Opal of Artesia, N.M.; and Corky "L.M." Graham and wife Connie of Salem; three brothers, Ward Goheen, Carl Goheen, Bill Goheen, all of Springdale; one sister, Mary Ann Fredrick of Quartzside, Ariz.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Sisco Chapel in Springdale. Burial will follow in Wilson Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
