Batesville Guard November 19, 1940
Mrs. Ida Apples, 50, of McHue died at her home Sunday morning. She is survived by her husband, E. J. Apples; one son, Doyle Apples of McHue; one brother, Grady Altom of McHue; and one sister, Mrs. Sloan Simmons of McHue.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 this afternoon at Hutchinson cemetery by J. L. Bankhead. Crouch Funeral Home directed arrangements.
