Shirley Sue Thurman, 51, of Waldo died Sunday, January 21, 1996, at St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, Texas.
Born October 5, 1944, she was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Ellis Thurman of Waldo; two daughters, Tina McKinnon of El Dorado and Beverly Stockton of Prescott; her mother, Velma Loe of Prescott; a brother, William L. `Bud' Loe of Prescott; a sister, Ernestine Kosh of Hope; and two grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday, January 23, at Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home chapel in Prescott with Rev. Raymond Hicks officiating. Burial was in Mt. Moriah Cemetery under the direction of Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home. (Nevada County Picayune - January 24, 12996)
