Lemuel was the son of Solomon and Nancy Dearing Yeager. Lemuel was born in Sparta, White County, Tennessee in 1827. He died in Evening Shade, Sharp County, Arkansas
He married Louisa Robinson, she was born in Tennessee in 1822 and died in Evening Shade, Sharp County, Arkansas. Lemuel and Louisa had these known children: Nancy, Vesta, Solomon R, Lydia Ann, Caroline, Mary Demaris, Susan, Damoel and Rebecca. Lemuel and Louisa are buried within this rock enclosure with no known marker.
