John D. Milliken, 68, of Bentonville, died Monday at Bates Memorial Hospital in Bentonville after an extended illness.
He was born Dec. 2, 1906, in Springtown. He has been a resident of Bentonville since 1962. He was a retired farmer and an employe of the county road department for eight years.
He is survived by his wife Golda Roller Milliken of the home; a son, Dean Milliken of Bentonville; a sister, Mrs. Josephine Thompson of Eudoa, Kan.; a brother, Leonard Lewis of Gravette; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Callison and McKinney Funeral Home of Bentonville.

Funeral services for John D. Milliken, 68, of Bentonville, who died Monday, will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at Callison-McKinney Funeral Chapel in Bentonville with Vee Hall and Melvin Coffelt officiating. Burial will be in the Coffelt Cemetery.
