Ruby Lovelace Grigsby of Hartman(Johnson County), Arkansas, died Friday April 25, 2008, in Fort Smith(Sebastian County), Arkansas. She was 73 years old. She was born in 1934 to the late Henry Houston and Lydia(Scott)Lovelace. Ms. Grigsby was a member of the Fernwood Assembly of GodChurch in Hartman, Arkansas. She loved reading, crocheting, bingo, watching Jeopardy and her dog: Little Boy.
Mrs. Grigsby was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 50 years: J.D. Grigsby; brothers Robert and Leonard Lovelace; brothers-in-law Utah Everett and Elmer Dorrough and sister-in-law: Virginia Lovelace.
She is survived by daughters Pamela Waits and husband Jimmy of Ozark, Arkansas, Patricia Hunter and husband Sam of Hartman, Arkansas and Marcia Patterson of Clarksville, Arkansas; sons Danny Grigsby and wife Janice of Montana and Ronnie Grigsby of Altus, Arkansas; sisters Bertha Everett of Paris, Arkansas, and Ruth Dorrough of Missouri; brother Russell Lovelace and wife Barbara of Missouri; 14 grand- children; 20 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and two very special friends Annie Smedley and Sissy Henry, both of Clarksville, Arkansas.

Pallbearers were Shannon Bates, James Everett, Robert Lee Lovelace, Glynn Davis, Duane Dorrough and Jack Scott.
