Virginia Lawson
GARFIELD — Virginia Lawson, 66, of Garfield died Dec. 12, 2007, at Garfield. She was born July 16, 1941, in Blue Eye to Kline Lee and Cloveda Vivian
Richardson Lawson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Moose Lodge and the AmVets in Flemington, Mo.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Beck of the home; three daughters, Geanette Pratt of Humansville, Mo., Cloveda Payne of Avoca and Vera Burks of Lowell; three sons, Donald Pratt of Seligman, Mo., Charles Fonteneau of Garfield and Wally Fonteneau of Flemington; one brother, Howard Lawson of Seligman; two sisters, Sheridan Wise of Cave Springs and Vera Huffman of Drexel, Mo.; 29 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Burkshed Community Church with Chaplain Jack Betts officiating. Burial will follow in Burkshed Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Benton County Funeral Home in Rogers.
