Carol Ann (Faulkenbury) Eitel, 31, of Corpus Christi, Texas, died Oct. 4, 1992 at Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born Nov. 19, 1960 in Rogers, to Charles David and Frances Louise Drain Faulkenbury.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Eitel was a member of Gateway Baptist Church in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Survivors include her husband, Mark E. Eitel, of the home; her father, Charles David Faulkenbury of Rogers; her mother and step-father, Frances and Howard Shaffer of Rogers; two brothers, Terry Faulkenbury of Rogers and Billy Faulkenbury of Tontitown; two step-brothers, Doyle Wayne Shaffer and Mark Lee Shaffer, both of Yakima, Wash.; her maternal grandmother, Mae Drain of Rogers; and her paternal grandparents, Charles E. and Mary Jane Faulkenbury of Rogers.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Callison-Lough Funeral Chapel of Rogers, by Pastor Lowell Sartin.
Burial will be in Ruddick Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Callison-Lough Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
