George P. "Pat" Ritchie, 32, Rt. 4, Elkins (Cannon Creek community) died Nov. 4 in his home. Born April 19, 1946, in Crosses, he was the son of John Norman and Olive Steffey Ritchie, an employee of Rogers Produce Co. in Fayetteville and a Protestant.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Olive S. Ritchie of the home; five brothers, Johnnie Lee Ritchie and Dale Ritchie of Crosses, Floyd H. Ritchie and Larry Ritchie of Elkins and Steve Ritchie of Fayetteville; two sisters, Mrs Linda Dain of Ft. Belvore, Va., and Mrs. Hope Steffey of Oklahoma City, Okla.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Walnut Grove Community Church near Crosses with the Rev. Roland Haney officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery under direction of Moore's Chapel.
