Carl R. Alberti, 92, of Batesville died Saturday, October 9, 2010 at White River Medical Center in Batesville.
Carl retired from Weirton Steel Company in Weirton, West Virginia after 43 years of employment. Carl loved his family, and was a great husband, father and grandfather. He was an avid football and basketball fan. Carl was a member of Believers Community Church in Batesville.
He is survived by his wife Margaret C. Alberti of Batesville; a son, Richard Alberti of Batesville; grandson, Shawn Alberti of Little Rock; and great-grandson, Zachary Williams of Shreveport, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and three sisters.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 11, 2010 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville with Bro. David Insell officiating.
There will be no visitation.
