Zella Maie Nesbitt Striclen Springer, 33, passed away Sunday April 23, 2000 at the Stone County Medical Center in Mountain View.
Zella was born June 6, 1966 at Batesville, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Lloyd Nesbitt and the late Pauline Brown Devine.
She was a cook, waitress, and a homemaker. Zella was a member of the East Richwoods Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Pauline Brown Devine on August 26, 1999.
Zella is survived by her father, Lloyd Nesbitt of Mountain View, Arkansas; one son, Patrick Stricklen of Timbo; two daughters, Tasha Stricklen of Jacksonville and Kimberly Stricklen of Mountqin View; two sisters, Bernice Green and husband Gary, Beth Alexander and husband Spencer; one brother, John Nesbitt and wife Cindy, all of Mountain View. She is also survived by one grandmother, Edna Brown of Mountain View, and many other friends and relatives.
Funeral service was Wednesday, April 26, at the Roller Coffman Chapel with Bro. Jeff Shannon and Bro. Junior Ray Barham officiating.
Pallbeares were Tim Gardner, John Nesbitt, Spencer Alexander, Gary Green, Kevin Brown, Bill Brown, Buford Brown and James Alexander. Honorary pallbearers were, Duane Green, Jimmy Davis, Jimmy Linville.
Burial was in the Flatwoods Cemetery. Any memorials may be made to the Bank of Mt. View for family expenses.
