Mrs.Bessie Lee Persons,63,of Humphrey(Arkansas County,died Thursday,December 23,1971.She was a member of First Assembly Of God Church.Survivors include her husband,William E. Persons;five sons,Charles Leon Persons,Billy Joe Persons,Lester Persons and Donald L Persons,all of Stuttgart,and Gerald W Persons of Humphrey;two daughters,Mrs. G.C. smith Of Kansas and Mrs. John Houghton of Humphrey,a brother Thomas Harrison of Jonesboro;three sisters Mrs.Leonard Owens of Wynne,Mrs.Marvel Adcox of Stuttgart and Mrs.Freddie Richardson of Arizona and 17 grandchildren.Funeral Services were at 2p.m. December 26,1971 at First Assembly of God Church.Burial is in Williams cemetery by Turpin Funeral Home Service.
