SHERIDAN — Louise Barker Fiser, 85, of Sheridan, died Thursday at Crown Point Assisted Living at Sheridan. She was born Sept 9, 1920, at Coy, a daughter of the late Bertie Barker and Viola McGhee Barker. She was owner/operator of Fiser’s Grocery. She was a member of First Baptist Church at Sheridan.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, O E Fiser; one son, Ronald Fiser; and one sister, Geneva Duncan.
Survivors include two sons, William E “Bill” Fiser of Sheridan and Gary Fiser of Signal Mountain, Tenn; one daughter, Kay Fiser Gillis of Sheridan; one brother, Harold Barker of Vicksburg, Miss; two sisters, Brita Fiser of Sheridan and Sally Fiser of Fort Smith; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 pm Sunday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home at Sheridan with the Rev Mark Lindsey officiating. Burial will be in Lost Creek Cemetery at Sheridan.
