Anna Mae Lancaster, age 69, of Hollis, AR, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, March 30, 2006 at St. Joseph's Mercy Health Center in Hot Springs, AR. She was the daughter of Clarence and Ella Irene West Hill; she was born September 8, 1936 in Steve, AR. She married Othel Wayne Lancaster, on September 7, 1952 at Jessieville. She was a poultry grower and a homemaker. She was a member of the Valley Home Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Hill.
Survivors include her husband, O. W. Lancaster of Hollis; two sons, James Michael and. Mary Sue Lancaster of Plainview, Terry Joe Lancaster of Hollis; one daughter, Barbara Ann and Mark Branch of Hollis; her mother, Ella Irene Hill "Nonie"; seven grandchildren, Justin and Amanda Lancaster, Jamie and Aaron McEwen, Hunter Milam, Joe Branch, Heath Tyler, Tony and Jessica, Brandy and Jason Campbell; five great grandchildren; one brother, Danny and Teresa Hill and many loving relatives and friends
Funeral was Monday, April 3, 2006 at Valley Home Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Jimmie Scott officiating. Burial was at Nooner Cemetery at Steve, AR by Humphrey Funeral Service. Memorials may be made to Valley Home Missionary Baptist Church; 273 Hwy 314, Plainview, AR. Active Pallbearers were Justin Lancaster, Joe Branch, Heath Tyler, Tony Branch, Hunter Milam Aaron McEwen, Jason Campbell. Honorary pallbearers were Wayne Hill J. B. Crain, Dean Crawford, Hayden Davis, Jeff McEarl, Larry Steve Woods, Wade Bass, Kevin Harvey, Dr. James Humphreys, Staff of C2 Stepdown at St. Joseph Hospital; Hospic Home Care, National Park Home Health, Debbie Cunningham, Lisa Lambert, Tracey Owens.
