Rose Zora McNeely, age 88, of New Dixie, passed away Monday, October 15, 2007. She was born January 1, 1919, in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter of Ralph Mataya and Kata Carlovich Mataya. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and Altar Society, and the Dixie Extension Club. She was the widow of George McNeely.
Survivors include her daughter, Juanita Nutt of New Dixie; two sons, George and Ray McNeely of Oregon; and sixteen grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Eva Miller.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
