Wm. Jasper Langston Dies at Age of 81
Funeral services for William Jasper Langston, 81 who died Wednesday, December 26, at home of a daughter at Wiseman were held Saturday at Wise Chapel with the Rev. D. W. Stark of Mountain Home officiating. Burial was in Wise Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Langston was born in this county and practically all his life was spent in this section. He was a resident of Calico Rock for several years. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Annie Tanner of Wiseman; four sons, Rev. J. M. Langston of Montrose, Ark.; Walker Langston of Hastings, Nebr.; Herman and Virgil Langston of Mountain Home.
