Bonita Wofford, age 81, of Harris Brake Lake, passed away, Saturday,
July 14, 2007. She was born September 6, 1925 in Natoma, Kansas, a daughter of Clifford Taft and Helen Thelman Taft. She was the widow of John Vurl Wofford and an Arkansas State Retiree. Mrs. Wofford was a member of the United Methodist Church of Perryville, Perryville Chapter # 452 Order of the Eastern Star and Perry Chapter # 598 Order of the Eastern Star, the Harris Brake Lake Association and was a charter member of the Golden Age Club.
Survivors include one nephew, Alan Taft of Reeds Spring, Missouri; two aunts and six cousins.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 17, at the United Methodist Church of Perryville with Rev. Benny Harmon officiating. Burial will be at Hope Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
