Samuel F Allen, Jr, 73, of Bigelow, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2006.
Born November 13, 1932, in Bigelow, a son of the late Samuel F. Allen, Sr. and Clara Allen, he was a millwright and an Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Sarah Allen of Bigelow; a son, Barry Allen of Little Rock; two daughters, Sharon Allen of Bigelow and Angela Allen of Little Rock; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three sisters, Clara, Josephine, and Helen.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two daughters, Tina Hood and Lana Allen, and one brother, Bill Allen.
A reception will be held at the Bigelow Baptist Church Fellowship Hall following the committal service.
