Jesse Howell Albritton, aged 65 of Camden Route 3 near Amy died suddenly about 6:20 p.m. Saturday at his home of an apparent heart attack. Mr. Albritton was lifelong resident of Ouachita County and had been a Game Warden for the Arkansas Game and Fish commission for 37 years. He was the son of the late John Randall and Mary Edna Key Albritton. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sarah Leona Justice Albritton; one son, Leonard Albritton of Camden; one daughter, Mrs. A. J. Scarlett of Camden; one brother, John Albritton of Camden; four sisters, Mrs. Susie Stone of Altheimer, Mrs. Albert Everett of Sparkman, Mrs. Mae McHaynie of Marmaduke, and Mrs. Zepha Meigel of Oakland, Calif.; and by three grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 3:30 p.m. Monday (today) at the Holly Springs Methodist Church, with burial in the Holly Springs cemetery by Proctor Funeral Service. (Camden News - August 14, 1967)
