Hazel Marie Wood Thedford, age 80, of Perryville, passed away Friday, February 15, 2008. She was born November 5, 1927 in Oppelo, Arkansas, a daughter of James Monroe Wood and Emma Ida Ross Wood. She was a retired nurses aide, of the Baptist faith and the widow of James Henry Thedford.
She is survived by two sons, James Masters of Greenbrier, and Henry Aaron Thedford of Niceville, Florida; two daughters, Oma Lee Thedford Massey of Greenbrier, and Frances Thedford Jennings of Perrville; twenty grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Emma Masters Seybold, a grandson, Joseph David Masters, and great-grandson, Brandon Taylor Pruitt.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 20, at Harper Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Perryville. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, at the funeral home in Perryville.
