Willie Virginia Womack Montgomery, 94, of McCrory, Arkansas, formerly of Hot Springs, died Friday, January 23, 2009 in Searcy. Born September 19, 1914 in Murfreesboro, Arkansas to Walter Watson and Virginia Brock Womack, she was predeceased by her husband, Don Montgomery, Sr.
Survivors include one son, Dr. Don Montgomery of McCrory, Arkansas; one daughter and son-in-law, Anne and Ken Swetland of South Hamilton, Massachusetts; three grandchildren, Donna Vanne Montgomery of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Brock Swetland and wife, Gina of Manchester, New Hampshire, and Reid Swetland and wife, Janice of Ipswich, Massachusetts; four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to Grace Bible Church, 1005 Richard Street, Hot Springs, AR 71913.
Gross Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
