Dimple Bernice Wallace Taylor of Benton, Ar, went to be with the Lord May 28, 2010. She was born in Holdenville, Ok, December 19, 1926. Daughter of Bertam Fleet Wallace and Amanda Jane Thompson Wallace Hendrix, deceased.
Mrs. Taylor was a retired Psychiatric Technician from the Arkansas State Hospital and was named employee of the month in 1983. Although retired, she remained a nurse until her death taking care of many friends and family. She was always ready to be wherever she could to fill a need. She was loved by family, friends, co-workers, and acquaintances. She grew up in Perry County where her nursing career started out early in life. The local doctor making house calls relied on her to help out with certain patients. She always enjoyed going to church and taught Sunday School durning those early days.
Survivors include three sons and their wives, Billy and Helen Taylor of Alexander, Ar, Jimmy and Patti Taylor of Benton, Ar and Mark and Tami Taylor of Malvern, Ar. Six grandchildren, Kimberly Patterson of St. Louis Mo. Paige Brown of Benton, Matthew Taylor of Little Rock, Haley Parker of Benton, Katie and Jenny Taylor of Malvern and eight great grand children; two brothers, Stan Wallace (Virginia) of Houston, Charlie Wallace (Jo) of Atkins and four sisters, Johnnie Bailey of Perryvillem Maxine (Tndell) Phipps of Conway, Iva Payne (Tim), Pat Bird of Cherry Hill.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Bert Wallace, and one sister, Helen Wallace, and one grandson, Blake Taylor.
