Arnold "Boe" S Martin, 67, of Rosie died in a local hospital.
Born in Rosie, he was the son of Oscar "Bake" Hardin and Artie Stewart Martin. He was a retired employee of Banquets Foods, and a member and deacon of the Salado Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Willie Mae Crabtree Martin; three sons, Arnold Wayne Martin of Jacksonville, Robert Lee Martin of Cave City, and Tim Martin of Huff; four daughters, Joyce Ann Prickett and Sharon Mae Martin, both of Batesville, Donna Sue Heath of Southside, and Debbie Lou Yopp of Montgomery, Ala.; a brother, Abner "Dobber" Martin of Rosie; two sisters, Adrienne McBride and Avice Young, both of Salado; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Burial is in Wyatt Cemetery at Rosie.
Pallbearers are nephews, Sammy McBride, Sonny McBride, James Roy Young, Lonnie Ray Young, David Martin and Dale Crabtree.
Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Dave Allen, Dr. Jeff Angel, Dr. Robert Walton, Dr. Jay Jeffery, Doug Presley, Chester Brown, Junior Mansfield, and the deacons of the Salado Baptist Church.
