ROGERS -- Karen Sue Fagala, 65 of Rogers died June 17, 2006, in Rogers. She was born Aug. 30, 1940, in Cave Springs, to Olen and Lillian Mildred Pace Fagala. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Rogers.
Survivors include one daughter, Gina Simpson and husband Mark of Springdale; one son, Chris Johnson of the home; four grandchildren, Aneisa Melton of Centerton, Christy Fast of Springdale, Tara Johnson of the home, and Shawna Strugel of Cassville, Mo., two great-granddaughters, Ginger Melton and Briley Fast.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Phillips Cemetery at Cave Springs with the Rev. Dan Fagala officiating.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Benton County Funeral Home in Rogers.
*NOTE: She had been married to William Earl Ivy and Dale Johnson and had a child with each.
Karen had a lot of medical issues in her later life
