ART MINTUN'S MOTHER DIES AT ELKINS HOME
Mrs. Winfred A. Mintun, mother of Art T. Mintun of Fayetteville, died this morning at 4 o'clock at her home at Elkins. She had been ill for some time.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Stokenbury cemetery with Rev. Dave H(?)ond officiating.
Pallbearers were Pete Woods, Dr. H.B. Wentz, Hosea Simpson, Elmer Carter, Harry Bonnell and Claude Wilson.
Mrs. Mintun was born Aug. 30, 1861, at Little Sioux, Iowa, daughter of Benjamin F. and Julian Gleason Bonney. She was married Dec, 14, 1881 to Ardivan W. Mintun who passed away in October, 1935.
She is survived by one son, Art, of Fayetteville and by three granddaughters, Mrs. Herbert Johnson, Mrs. W.A. Hewes and Mrs. Wallace Wester.
