Louiza Skinner was most likely the daughter of William G. & Susannah Skinner. She married Elijah Harbour 25 Feb 1833 in Perry Co, AL. Seven children were born of this union, all born in three different states...two in Alabama; three (including twins)in Texas, and two in Mississippi. The family was in Arkansas by 1850, first in Dallas Co, then Calhoun Co. Louiza and Elijah were divorced about 1865. Their children: Talmon, Melissa, Samuel H., Frances (twin), Francis Coleman (twin), James K.P., and John H.S.

Louiza left Calhoun County with their son, James Knox Polk Harbour & family, and settled in Pulaski Co, AR. She married 2nd King H. Williford, 8 Nov 1874 in Lonoke Co.
