Karen M. Gowen, age 44, of Elizabeth, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 21, 2009, at her residence.
She was born May 11, 1965 in Ypsilanti, Michigan to Gerald and Margaret (Chilcutt) Griswald.
Mrs. Gowen married Don Gowen October 15, 1991 in PawPaw, Michigan.
She was a Real Estate Broker in the Twin Lakes Area. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed the outdoors.
Mrs. Gowen is survived by her husband: Don Gowen of Elizabeth, a son: Jeremy Gowen of Mountain Home, three step-sons: Donnie Gowen, Jr., David Gowen and Robert Gowen and wife: Holly all of Sturgis, Michigan, a sister: Michelle, a brother: Ron, a dear uncle and aunt: Gino and Faye Griswald of Hardy, Arkansas, many loving family members and several loving grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Interment was in Custer-Herron Cemetery.
