The stone has her last name as Caine but the correct spelling is Cain. According to the Bull Shoals Reservoir Cemetery Relocation List of Dead and Next of Kin, Sarah was originally buried in the Parker Cemetery plot 7, then removed to the Fairview Cemetery. Her next of kin was listed as J. W. Crews & Mrs. Myrtle Pilgrim, both of Flippin, Arkansas.
The Parker Cemetery was located at N. 50 degrees W. 500'. It was at 550 feet of elevation and adjacent to Jimmies Creek. According to the map the Cemetery was in a wooded area and consisted of 11 graves.
