According to the Bull Shoals Reservoir Cemetery Relocation List of Dead and Next of Kin, Spencer was originally buried in the Jimmie Creek Mill Cemetery plot 1, then removed to the Fairview Cemetery. His next of kin was listed as J. W. Crews & Mrs. Myrtle Pilgrim, both of Flippin, Arkansas.
The Jimmie Creek Mill Cemetery was located at S. 40 degrees E. 291'. It was at 640 - 650 feet of elevation and adjacent to Jimmies Creek. According to the map the Cemetery was next to a wooded area on one side and a clay bank on the other and consisted of 20 graves.
