Gladys Wilma Best, 90, of Benton, died March 22, 2009 in Benton. She was born March 3, 1919 in Big Flat, Arkansas to the late James and Mary (Cook) Perry.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, John W. Best, her parents, seven brothers, and two sisters.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews; caregivers, Gerald and Doris Wilson, and many other friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at Roller-Ballard Chapel (315-4047) with Bro. Mike Stevens officiating.
Interment will follow at New Summit Cemetery in Benton. Serving as pallbearers will be Lonnie Perry, Kenneth Perry, Bill McCumber, Doug Huckaba, Henry Shearers, and Jerry Wilson.
Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2009 from 6:30 - 8:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
