Hazel C. Crow, age 96, of Benton, passed away Monday October 20, 2008. She was born August 13, 1912, in Faulkner County, Arkansas. Mrs. Crow was a homemaker and of the Southern Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Bergie Harrell; husband, Raymond W. "Jack" Crow; sister, Opal Smith; three brothers, Louis, Edmond and Junior Harrell and a daughter-in-law, Roxie Crow.
She is survived by her son, H.R. "Buddy" Crow of Arlington, Texas; two daughters, Wanda C. Sorrells and husband Lafayette and Patricia A. Booher and husband Keith; five grandchildren, Jimmy Sorrells and wife Janelle of Benton, Scott Sorrells and wife Cindy of Benton, Sonya Dale and husband Tim of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Kim Sheaner and husband Mark of Mt. Home and Karen Erschen and husband Jamie of Plano, Texas; one step-grandson, Randy Booher of Colorado; seven great-grandchildren, David Sorrells, Christina Sorrells, Lauren Sorrells, Brian Dale, Carmen Dale, Jack Crow Sheaner and Trevi Gale Sheaner; three step-great-grandchildren, Ashlee, Chelsee and Cody Sheaner and special nieces, Avanell Rail and husband Jim and Misty Seavers and her family.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Sorrells, Scott Sorrells, Tim Dale, David Sorrells, Brian Dale, Mark Sheaner and Jamie Erschen...
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday October 23 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at New Rosemont Cemetery in Benton. Jackie Bevill and Bro. Rick Porter will be officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Saline Memorial Hospice at 23157 I-30 Bryant, AR 72022
