Subiaco, Ark. -- Audrey A. Weymouth, 81, passed away Feb. 26, 2009, from cancer. She was born April 7, 1927, in Manchester, Maine, the daughter of Harold and Gladys (Hawes) Leavitt.After graduating in 1945 from Cony High School in Augusta, Maine, where she was a member of the National Honor Society, she went on to Bob Jones University and later taught school in Monmouth, Maine. After marrying Royal Weymouth, they moved to Subiaco and operated a dairy farm along with their son, Philip. She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Gladys Leavitt; her husband, Royal; and her brothers, Alton and Earl, and an infant brother. She is survived by her son, Philip; two stepsons, Harry and John; three grandchildren, several stepgrandchildren, and a nephew, Ross Leavitt, of Lewiston, Maine.She was buried beside her husband, Royal; and her mother, Gladys, in Subiaco.
