ALTUS - David Crabtree, 90, of Altus died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2000, at his home. He was a retired coal miner. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Houston Cemetery in Alix under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark. He is survived by one son, Edward of Fresno, Calif., and one sister, Grace Nichols of Altus.
